Other people have already explained but I’ll condense it into a simpler form – that is precisely 2000 hourglasses to indicate 2000 patients who are currently on a waiting list for an organ transplant. This ties with a campaign by the ministry of health that’s meant to encourage people to donate their organs and help out the less fortunate of us.
