      Slightly odd phrasing on the headline no? Would you not just go for a “special dispensation on EFL rules”? Flout seems a bit charged as a term to me.

      Imagine if they brought in a rule that said that players of colour were allowed to leave the pitch at a point nearest the tunnel because “fans” were screaming the “N” word at them and throwing bananas? Standards? Make mine a double!
