Seems the yacht woman also had her car burned out and windows smashed before withdrawing her civil suit
Sensing a pattern here

Some role model. I pity his kids having to live with this legacy.

Punching a mascot at a basketball game is wild altogether.

Looking at that list of incidents, it’s only a matter of time before he gets sent to jail.
He might have got a scare this week, but the scumbag nature will come back again.
He’ll go down for something eventually and he’ll lose all the money along the way
I’m totally convinced the swagger is just a front for deep fear that he could lose everything and he has no way of regaining wealth when he does lose it.

As a Brit I was always a bit jealous that we didn’t have a big talent/star to represent my favourite sport…not so much now

I’m convinced we are only a year or two away from his coke stuffed corpse being discovered on a boat or in a hotel room.

I don’t see the controversy here. He raped a woman and it was proven in court. He is a piece of utter scum.

Can’t believe he only got fined €1,000 for assaulting that old man in the bar. I always wondered what the outcome of that incident was.
I got fined more than that for littering in Singapore)
I know absolutely nothing about the law but I alway’s presumed if you got punched in the faceassaulted on video by a rich celebrity you’d be able to sue them for thousands if not millions. (maybe I just watch too much TV)

McGregor is in the clear. He was done for assault. And the amount that poor woman got was a pittance.
The story of the night gives huge scope for doubt and the fact that it was a civil rather than a criminal trial is also problematic.
He will brush this off, deny it and it will go away. He has Fuck Off levels of money and he has revenue streams that will make him richer and richer.
R/ireland thinks he’s gotten some sort of comeuppance. I don’t think he really has. He is shameless, God knows how the relationship with his partner works, and God knows how messed up he is from drugs. But he is safe from this kind of setback.

I understand this completely. I disagree that a fact to be listed as controversy. In my opinion this should be listed as a criminal case or criminal history and not controversy.
