      Iirc the US and other intelligence sources did more than just say it was “likely,” they figured out where the stuff had come from didn’t they?

      Or was that a different assassination attempt?

      So pretty much confirmed that Russia broke the Budapest memo deal already in 2004 since the deal included “no political attacks”. Just barely ten years after.
