If it is, does anyone know a website to check if my phone number has been leaked or something. Cause I for sure have not subscribed to service by that name.

As a rule of thumb: most links in texts are scams or links to viruses/malware.
You can get everything done by logging on to the sites or apps of things like the tax system, healthcare, post system etc. by writing the url in a web browser yourself.
