The issue in current elections wasn’t in the technology being used, the election method itself was quite competent and better than many countries.

The issue was that because the curators from CESCO were not randomized but instead were allowed to be pretrained and placed on specific points they could create hubs for foul play through foreknowledge.

Essentially elections cannot be held fairly unless the government here isn’t prevented from having prior access and knowledge regarding which curators will be present at which points.

Furthermore all of this stems from the fact that CESCO itself as an entity is not independent but it’s subordinate to the government. As long as CESCO is subordinate to government new schemes can be implemented regularly.
