Armenia froze its participation in that farcical org when Azerbainan attacked and captured sovereign Armenian territory in September of 2022. A fact recognized by both the EU and the US.

Armenia did not officially call on CSTO to fulfil its obligations towards Armenia in 2020 when Artsakh/Nagorno-Karabakh was attacked. Only when Azerbaijan directly attacked Armenia itself.
