Ho quasi gonfiato questi due pezzi di vetro di una bottiglia di Gluhwein. Sono abbastanza incazzato da consigliare a tutti di essere prudenti.

You gotta be pissed off to advise people to be cautious? Calmness must mean a lack of open hostility.

    Joking aside, that’s scary shit.

Call or mail the Company and inform them about it. On the bottle is serial number. They will check the badge and maybe call for a recall. And I bet you will get a free exchange and even more.

Check the manufacturer website and write to them. Stuff like that is usually investigated and the affected charges are recalled.

These are very, very likely tartrate crystals. While they aren’t a mark for great wines, they are safe to consume.

  5. As others have said: Write the company. But please save the bottle and the glas shards/ foreign object for possible later analyses. This will potentially really help the investigation of the QA-team. Stuff like this will be treated seriously.

  6. These look like tartrate crystals, not glass. Pretty common in wines that have been stored in the fridge or left out in low temperatures for an extended period of time
